Where are you located?

Our warehouse is located at 941 US-1, bldg #2, Youngsville, NC 27596

What are your hours of operation?

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday from 9am-5pm and Friday from 9am-4pm. 
Our installers work until their route is complete

How do I get my signs and riders to you?

There are a few ways for us to get your signs
1. Have them shipped directly to our warehouse or drop them off whenever is convenient
2. Submit a "delivery/pickup" order for us to come pick them up from from the manufacturer, your home, office, etc.
3. Leave them at your next listing and we will pick them up when we complete your order

What is your turn around time?

98% of orders are completed the next business day

What is your coverage area?

What about height restrictions?

Cary and Chapel Hill do not allow a 6 foot post, only a 4 foot post. 
Apex, Durham, and Fuquay-Varina only allow 6 foot posts OUTSIDE of city limits. 
It is the agents responsibility to order accordingly.

What about HOA restrictions?

It is the agents responsibility to order accordingly within the HOA guidelines

Is there a hole left in the yard after the post is removed?

No, we never leave a hole in the yard

Do you recommend a sign manufacturer?

Yes, we recommend Oakley Signs 

What happens if a post is destroyed or stolen from the property?

There is a missing post fee of $50. If we get the post back, that fee will be waived from your account

What is a repair order?

Revisit to property per customers request (add rider, change panel, repair, etc.)

What if my listing has an irrigation system, or electric dog fence?

If there is an irrigation system or electric dog fence, we do require the home owner mark the location for the post to be installed to avoid any damages. If any damages occur because the location for installation was not marked, EZ Sign Service is not responsible for the cost of repair.

Do I have to place my order on the web site or the mobile app?

Yes, this is to insure the accuracy of the address and to insure that we receive your request since you get a confirmation # online.

What if my listing is for land and does not have an address?

All land properties need to be marked where you need the post installed, any type of marker is ok for example a flag or stick with ribbon around it. Just let us know what the marker will be in specific instructions.

Can I set an appointment for my sign install?

No, we cannot make appointments if the homeowner wants a specific location it needs to be marked before we get there.

Do I need to call 811?

We do require 811 be called for all commercial installations only.
